Southwestern Pasta Sauce

Sauté onion in olive oil 4 minutes. Add garlic, jalapeno, chili powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, Tabasco, and 1 Tablespoon cilantro, stir. Add water and corn, and return to a simmer and heat through. Toss with hot pasta and garnish with remaining cilantro.
