Microwave Brownies with Gourmet Country Chocolate Chardonnay Raspberry Sauce
| 2 | Large eggs |
| 1/4 cup | Walnut oil |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | Dutch processed cocoa |
| 1/2 cup | All-purposed unbleached flour |
| 1/3 cup | Semisweet chocolate chips |
| 1/3 cup | Walnuts coarsely chopped |
| Vegetable spray | |
| Chocolate

Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with vegetable spray.
Whisk eggs, walnut oil and vanilla in a large bowl.
Add sugar flour and cocoa and blend well. To Order Sauce or Fudge
Stir in nuts and chips. Spread batter in prepared pan.
Cook brownies uncovered in microwave on high 5 minutes. Insert tester into center of brownies if it comes out clean they are done.
Cool 5 minutes, cut. Pour a pool of Gourmet Country Chocolate Chardonnay Raspberry Sauce on the plate place brownie in center with more sauce on top and serve.
