Microwave Brownies with Gourmet Country Chocolate Chardonnay Raspberry Sauce

2 Large eggs
1/4 cup Walnut oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa
1/2 cup All-purposed unbleached flour
1/3 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup Walnuts coarsely chopped
  Vegetable spray
  Chocolate Chardonnay Raspberry sauce on top

Fudge style 10 oz. jar  $5.25  

Pourable sauce in Italian bottle 12.7 fl. oz.  $11.95

Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with vegetable spray.

Whisk eggs, walnut oil and vanilla in a large bowl.                                       
                                                                                                                            

Add sugar flour and cocoa and blend well.                                                      To Order Sauce or Fudge

Stir in nuts and chips. Spread batter in prepared pan.

Cook brownies uncovered in microwave on high 5 minutes. Insert tester into center of brownies if it comes out clean they are done.

Cool 5 minutes, cut. Pour a pool of Gourmet Country Chocolate Chardonnay Raspberry Sauce on the plate place brownie in center with more sauce on top and serve.
