4 cups cantaloupe melon balls
4 cups honeydew melon balls
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup Essencia dessert wine
1/4 cup fresh mint leves, loosely packed, shredded fine chiffonade
8 sprigs fresh mint
Combine the melon balls, orange juice, and wine in a large bowl. Toss lightly, cover, and chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
Just before serving, add the shredded mint, and garnish with a mint sprig.
