Mango Ice Cream

1 pound semi frozen mango chunks or 3 large fresh mangos peeled and chunked semi frozen.

1 Tbs. sugar or other sweetener

1/4 cup apricot/mango yogurt (dairy or nondairy), or plain low-fat yogurt or plain nondairy yogurt.

1 Tbs. Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar or Blood Orange Vinegar or Anjou Pear Vinegar or Orange Juice

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract                   to order vinegars

Place ingredients in food processor and process till smooth. Serve

Freeze any leftovers reprocess before serving
