Buckin' Bronco Brownies
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 1/4 cup | Vegetable oil |
| 1/4 cup | Non-fat plain yogurt |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 3 | egg whites |
| 1/2 cup | All-purpose flour |
| 1/3 cup | Dutch process cocoa |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
| Vegetable cooking spray | |
| 1/4 cup | Semisweet chocolate morsels |
Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and beat at a medium speed with a hand mixer until well blended.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt to sugar mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into an 8- inch square-baking dish that was coated with vegetable spray. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let stand 3 minutes till chips soften then spread over brownies. Cool on a wire rack
