SPRING GREENS WITH HAZELNUT AND BLACK FIG VINAIGRETTE
| 8 cups | Spring Greens | Washed and chilled |
| 2 | Pears (ripe yet firm) | sliced |
| 4 0unces | Gorgonzola cheese | Crumbled |
| 3 tablespoons | Hazelnut oil | |
| 3 tablespoons | Black Fig Vinegar | |
| 3 ounces | Glazed pecans |
Combine oil and vinegar and pour over greens with sliced pears, cheese, and pecans on top.
