SPRING GREENS WITH HAZELNUT AND BLACK FIG VINAIGRETTE

8 cups Spring Greens Washed and chilled
2 Pears (ripe yet firm) sliced
4 0unces Gorgonzola cheese Crumbled
3 tablespoons Hazelnut oil  
3 tablespoons Black Fig Vinegar  
3 ounces Glazed pecans  

Combine oil and vinegar and pour over greens with sliced pears, cheese, and pecans on top.
