Almond Caesar

2-4 Tablespoons Almonds slivers or slices  
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard  
3 Tablespoons Nutritional yeast  
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce  
3 Tablespoons Lemon juice  
1/4 Cup Water  
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil  
    Parmesan cheese Optional
1 Large Head romaine Washed/torn into bite size pieces
    croutons  

1. Combine almonds, garlic, mustard, yeast flakes, soy sauce, lemon juice, water, olive oil in a blender and process till smooth.

2. Toss dressing with lettuce. Place on a salad plate. Sprinkle with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
