We have always been proponents of using the very best most flavorful oil and J. Leblanc has the oils with the difference you can taste not only in freshness, but also in flavor.

This family owned company located in a southern village in Burgundy is relatively unchanged since founded in 1878. The company is run by the grandson of the founder Leblanc-Jean-Charles.

The process starts with the selection of the highest quality whole nuts. These are ground to a paste using the original granite mill. The end results are seasoning oils used to finish dishes adding layers of complexity to the taste and texture of your culinary creations .
